Job Summary
Connecticut Licensed Grant Accountant is a full-time remote position responsible for managing financial planning, reporting, and compliance for a portfolio of grants and contracts while collaborating with faculty and departmental leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting for complex portfolios, ensuring adherence to policies and regulations
- Monitor compliance and risk management for all financial activities within the portfolio
- Provide proposal management and oversight, including the management of sponsored awards and timely filing of required documents
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Four years of related financial experience required
- Demonstrated application of financial, accounting, and economic concepts
- Experience with grants and contracts administration
- Preferred proficiency in financial management systems
