Job Summary

Leading health, safety, and environmental initiatives, the full-time Connecticut Licensed HSE Manager will create and implement programs for medium to large clients while ensuring compliance and promoting a proactive safety culture both onsite and remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and review health, safety, and environmental playbooks and procedures
• Manage regulatory compliance and track operational and safety risks to avoid incidents
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify concerns and implement strategic solutions for risk management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
• Additional certifications as required by local authority
• Proven leadership skills to motivate teams and achieve operational targets
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset
