Job Summary

Executing sales activity in a structured, high-volume environment, the full-time Connecticut Licensed Inside Broker will identify, solicit, and place appropriate insurance coverage through phone-based interactions while supporting new and renewal business to meet brokerage team production goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute new and renewal business activity by quoting, placing, binding, and confirming policies within established guidelines
• Market insurance products by identifying appropriate coverage solutions through accessible markets for less complex risks
• Serve as a primary point of contact for agents on assigned accounts, managing communication and responding to inquiries in a high-volume environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant insurance designation preferred
• Experience within wholesale insurance, including quoting, placement, or account management responsibilities
• Appropriate state-specific insurance license required
• Strong understanding of insurance products, underwriting concepts, and market placement practices
• Proficiency in systems and tools used to support quoting, placement, and servicing activities
