Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Insurance Defense Associate with 3+ years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of civil litigation defense matters (~40 files)
• Conduct depositions and attend hearings, mediations, and conferences
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses while communicating with clients and opposing counsel

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of civil litigation experience
• Insurance defense experience strongly preferred
• Experience with depositions, motion practice, and discovery
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) required and must be admitted in Connecticut
• Ability to handle a high-volume caseload in a hybrid or remote environment
