Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the review, drafting, and negotiation of U.S. Government contracts and subcontracts
• Support compliance efforts related to U.S. federal procurement regulations and export controls
• Collaborate with Senior Legal Counsel to provide legal advice to various internal teams

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree and qualification to practice law in a relevant jurisdiction
• 2-7 years' experience with U.S. Government contracts, preferably in aerospace or defense
• Experience in U.S. government contracting and compliance, including FAR/DFAR
• Significant experience advising on complex legal and compliance issues
• Self-motivated and proactive, able to manage competing priorities effectively
