Job Summary

A company is looking for a Money Transmitter Licensing Manager to oversee its multi-state money transmitter licensing program and regulatory activities in the U.S. and Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of U.S. state money transmitter and brokering licenses, including applications and renewals
• Oversee state reporting and regulatory submissions, ensuring timely and accurate completion
• Act as primary liaison with state regulators on licensing-related matters and support regulatory examinations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in licensing, regulatory compliance, or financial regulatory affairs
• Strong knowledge of state money transmitter licensing frameworks and the NMLS platform
• Experience managing multi-state licensing programs and supporting regulatory examinations
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
