Connecticut Licensed Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

As a contract Connecticut Licensed Nurse Practitioner, the remote position will focus on providing essential clinical care to children and adolescents through comprehensive mental health medication management, including psychiatric evaluations and treatment planning.

Key responsibilities:

• Practice comprehensive mental health medication management via intake and follow-up appointments
• Conduct mental health risk assessments and psychiatric medication evaluations
• Construct patient-centered treatment plans and prescribe/manage psychiatric medications

Required qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program or PA program with relevant certification
• Unrestricted state license in Connecticut
• A minimum of 2 years in practice
• Active DEA license preferred for NPs and PA-Cs
• Experience with minors is preferred
