Job Summary

To support a growing virtual practice focused on women's midlife health, the full-time Connecticut Licensed Nurse Practitioner will manage a patient panel addressing perimenopause, menopause, and related health issues while working remotely within the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Manage ongoing, relationship-based care for patients dealing with perimenopause, menopause, and associated health concerns
• Prescribe and independently manage hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and evaluate patients for pharmacologic weight management
• Document patient interactions and meet productivity benchmarks in a high-volume clinical environment

Required qualifications

• Must hold multiple state Nurse Practitioner licenses
• Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC
• 3+ years of experience independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients
• 3+ years of experience prescribing and titrating HRT
• 1+ year of experience evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies, including GLP-1 agonists
