Connecticut Licensed Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Specialist - Rating to support the underwriting team in computing premiums for commercial lines policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Workers' Compensation and Commercial Auto rating and supporting functions
• Rate and compute premiums on quotes, policies, and endorsements
• Assist in the implementation of new and renewal business while collaborating with the underwriting team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• 2 to 4 years of equivalent work experience or completion of an internship preferred
• Commercial Lines Rating Experience preferred in areas such as WC, NTL, PD, Auto, GL, and Pkg
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools - Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize work and follow up on issues
