Job Summary

Offering a flexible opportunity, Connecticut Licensed Optometrists will provide comprehensive eye exams remotely, utilizing patented technology as independent contractors with DigitalOptometrics.

Key responsibilities

• Examine patients in the state(s) where licensed through remote technology
• Communicate with patients using specialized video conferencing tools
• Analyze eye health and generate prescriptions for eyeglasses or contact lenses with support from Ophthalmic Technicians

Required qualifications

• Current Connecticut state license as a Doctor of Optometry
• Experience with tele-optometry or remote patient care is preferred
• Ability to work independently as a contractor
• Multiple state licenses are a plus
• Willingness to undergo credentialing and training as needed
