Key Responsibilities

• Monitor legal actions, review claims, and coordinate with outside counsel
• Prepare and maintain corporate governance documents and agreements
• Conduct legal research and assist in drafting and reviewing various contracts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 0-1 years of related work experience required; 2-4 years preferred
• Paralegal certification required
• Familiarity with Lexis/Westlaw legal research tools
• Ability to use standard office technology in a Windows-based environment
