Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Outreach Coordinator with a CT Pharmacy License.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to eligible patients to enroll them in the specialty pharmacy program
  • Educate patients about the services offered by the specialty pharmacy program
  • Ensure confidentiality of patient information and perform other assigned duties
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Nationally certified pharmacy technician (PTCB or equivalent) preferred but not required
  • 0-1 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician or related experience
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree or PTCB/ExCPT License preferred
  • Commitment to obtain required licensure if not currently held
  • Flexibility in shift times, including occasional Saturdays
