Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Outreach Coordinator with a CT Pharmacy License.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to eligible patients to enroll them in the specialty pharmacy program
- Educate patients about the services offered by the specialty pharmacy program
- Ensure confidentiality of patient information and perform other assigned duties
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Nationally certified pharmacy technician (PTCB or equivalent) preferred but not required
- 0-1 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician or related experience
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree or PTCB/ExCPT License preferred
- Commitment to obtain required licensure if not currently held
- Flexibility in shift times, including occasional Saturdays
