Job Summary
To support a dynamic sales team, the full-time Connecticut Licensed Personal Lines Executive will advise clients on personal insurance products, manage leads, and collaborate with underwriters in a hybrid or remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Understand carrier appetites and work closely with underwriters to determine risk placement
- Utilize agency management and rating systems to provide accurate and timely insurance quotes
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with co-workers, supervisors, and carrier representatives
Required qualifications:
- Property & Casualty Broker's License required upon hire
- More than 3 years of directly related industry sales and service experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred; HS Diploma or GED required with additional certifications
- Experience in P&C Personal Lines client-facing sales with knowledge of coverage needs
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM systems, preferably EPIC
