Job Summary
Motivated and results-driven, the full-time Connecticut Licensed Personal Lines Producer will build meaningful client relationships and drive new business growth in the personal insurance market while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Meet and exceed established sales quotas through strategic planning and consistent effort
- Execute targeted sales activities, including cold calls and in-person appointments, to expand the client base
- Develop and maintain a robust book of business, ensuring high renewal rates and client satisfaction through proactive relationship management
Required qualifications
- Valid state-issued Property and Casualty or Life and Health Insurance Producer License
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in an insurance sales role with a track record of meeting sales targets
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Knowledge of personal insurance products including auto, homeowners, and umbrella coverage
