Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Prior Authorization Call Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer telephones and respond to pharmacy inquiries from providers
  • Analyze pharmacy claims and document call inquiries accurately
  • Process prior authorization requests and maintain records of approvals or denials
Required Qualifications
  • Knowledge of pharmacy claims and dispensing systems
  • Connecticut Licensed (Active) Pharmacy Technician
  • Pharmacy Technician Certification - National (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Medicaid & Medicare Part D, MS Office Suite, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently in a high-paced environment
