Job Summary

A company is looking for a Weekend Physical Therapist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluates the patient's functional status and develops therapy plans in collaboration with physicians
• Provides physical therapy services according to state laws and coordinates with the healthcare team
• Documents patient progress and communicates changes in condition to the supervising nurse or physician

Required Qualifications:

• Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance, or access to reliable public transportation
• Ability to work in diverse home environments regardless of client background
