Job Summary

Supporting innovative rehabilitation initiatives, the fully remote Connecticut Licensed Physical Therapist will develop and implement clinical protocols for pilot programs, deliver patient care, and collaborate with research teams to ensure compliance and accurate outcomes tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and refine clinical protocols for pilot programs and IRB-approved studies
• Deliver physical therapy services to patients in accordance with study protocols and professional standards
• Collaborate with research and clinical teams to monitor patient outcomes and ensure data integrity

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in good standing
• 3-5 years of clinical physical therapy experience
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation protocols and patient outcomes tracking
• Ability to maintain compliance with clinical research requirements and regulatory standards
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
