Job Summary
A company is looking for a Clinical Operations Specialist (LPN).
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize and develop clinical workflows to enhance clinician and patient experience
- Monitor and analyze incoming lab results, following escalation procedures as needed
- Collaborate with external vendors to facilitate lab and imaging services
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed in CT
- At least 5 years of experience in healthcare operations
- Experience in telemedicine
- Familiarity with Epic EMR and Salesforce is a plus
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
