Job Summary

To support its Property & Casualty Actuarial Consulting Practice, the remote Principal Actuary - P&C will manage client engagements, drive business development initiatives, and mentor junior staff while focusing on growth strategies for targeted expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional business development plan targeting large accounts
• Supervise collaboration among senior managers and Principals on business development initiatives
• Drive business development activities, including proposal preparation and client presentations

Required qualifications

• ACAS/FCAS credentials or equivalent
• 10+ years of Property & Casualty consulting experience
• Proven ability to lead client relationships
• Experience managing actuarial projects across loss reserving, pricing, and modeling
