Job Summary
A company is looking for a part-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to perform tele-psychiatric visits for clients based in Connecticut.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial evaluations and collaboratively develop treatment plans with clients
- Proactively follow up with clients monthly to assess the efficacy of interventions
- Provide combined medication and therapy appointments as preferred by clientele
Required Qualifications
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
- Active Connecticut Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner License
- ANCC Board Certification
- 2+ years of experience in adult mental health
- DEA Certification
