Connecticut Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Job Summary
To support a growing tele-psychiatry practice, both part-time and full-time Connecticut Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners will conduct initial evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing care for clients remotely, with a minimum commitment of 16 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct initial evaluations and collaboratively develop treatment plans for medication and therapy
- Proactively follow up with clients monthly to assess treatment efficacy and ongoing care
- Provide various modalities of talk therapy as preferred by clientele
Required qualifications
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
- Active Connecticut Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner License
- ANCC Board Certification
- 2+ years of experience in adult mental health
- Strong assessment skills and excellent documentation abilities
