Connecticut Licensed Psychiatrist

Job Summary

To provide accessible and culturally responsive mental health care, the remote Connecticut Licensed Psychiatrist will conduct 60-minute video intake appointments, perform psychiatric evaluations, and manage medication for a diverse patient population on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities:

• Practice comprehensive mental health medication management through intake and follow-up appointments
• Conduct mental health risk assessments and develop patient-centered treatment plans
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications while ensuring adherence to clinical best practice guidelines

Required qualifications:

• Board certified MD or DO in psychiatry
• Unrestricted state license in Connecticut; additional states are a plus
• Active DEA license preferred
• Ability to provide care for a full range of diagnoses and clinical complexities
• Full-time resident of the United States
