Job Summary

To support a growing virtual psychiatry practice, the full-time Connecticut Licensed Psychiatrist will provide remote outpatient care for lower to moderate acuity populations, managing patient sessions with clinical autonomy and minimal administrative burden.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 60-minute intake sessions and 30-minute follow-ups for a diverse patient population across all age groups
• Utilize an in-house referral network and collaborate with therapists while maintaining a fully remote practice
• Exercise clinical decision-making and control over scheduling and patient selection without pressure to increase visit volume

Required qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrist (MD/DO)
• Active, unrestricted medical license with support for multi-state licensing
• Interest in 100% telepsychiatry-based care
• Comfort with learning and utilizing streamlined clinical technology
• Strong clinical judgment and collaborative mindset
