Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Psychotherapist (LCSW) to join their team remotely in Connecticut.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide individual, micro, and group therapy services
• Maintain timely and accurate session notes and participate in supervision and training sessions

Required Qualifications

• Must hold licenses that allow independent practice in the relevant states
• Active and unrestricted state license; willingness to obtain additional state licensure as needed
• Uphold HIPAA and confidentiality laws at all times
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with team members
• Strong desire to work with diverse populations and support the LGBTQ+ community
