Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Real Estate Senior Associate/Counsel with 5-10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate sophisticated commercial leases for landlords and tenants
• Advise clients on franchise and distribution-related real estate matters
• Handle acquisitions, dispositions, development projects, and commercial property financing transactions

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions at a law firm
• Significant experience in drafting and negotiating commercial leases
• Broader experience in acquisition, disposition, development, and financing of commercial properties
• Experience representing franchisees and handling franchise agreements preferred
• Licensed and in good standing (or eligible to waive in) in Connecticut, Massachusetts, or New York
