Connecticut Licensed Real Estate Manager

Job Summary

To support strategic real estate decisions, the part-time hourly Connecticut Licensed Real Estate Manager will manage the commercial lease portfolio by reviewing agreements, negotiating terms, and ensuring compliance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Review and abstract commercial lease agreements and related documents to ensure compliance with company objectives
• Negotiate contract terms with landlords and other stakeholders, advocating for the company's interests
• Manage lease transactions from initial review through final execution, coordinating with internal and external parties

Required qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience in commercial real estate, lease administration, or related fields
• A Real Estate License or Paralegal certification is preferred
• Experience in reviewing and negotiating commercial lease agreements
• Strong understanding of commercial lease structures and associated risks
• Proficiency with lease management software, preferably Visual Lease
