To support strategic real estate decisions, the part-time Connecticut Licensed Real Estate Manager will manage the administration of a commercial lease portfolio, ensuring compliance and cost control while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, analyze, and abstract commercial lease agreements and related documents to ensure alignment with company objectives
- Negotiate contract terms with landlords and other counterparties, advocating for the company's interests
- Manage lease transactions from initial review through final execution, coordinating with internal stakeholders and outside counsel
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in commercial real estate, lease administration, or related fields
- A Real Estate License or Paralegal certification is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience in reviewing and negotiating commercial lease agreements
- Strong understanding of commercial lease structures and associated business risks
- Proficiency with lease management software, with Visual Lease experience preferred
