Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruitment Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Register new and current clinical research participants and conduct pre-screening procedures for eligibility
• Maintain accurate and confidential participant records while communicating study requirements and scheduling screenings
• Train new staff and participate in outreach projects related to recruitment and database optimization

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a clinical setting (research or healthcare)
• Minimum of 1 year experience in clinical research recruitment
• Health care practice experience with a valid license (RN, LPN)
• Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures
• Ability to multi-task within multiple systems/databases
