Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Connecticut Licensed Registered Nurse will provide patient care through telephone interactions, addressing wellness, acute illness, and chronic disease needs while maintaining professional nursing standards during the 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM shift.

Key responsibilities

• Collects and documents health status information from patients and healthcare team members
• Prioritizes patient needs and implements care plans in collaboration with patients and caregivers
• Employs evidence-based nursing practices to deliver compassionate, age-appropriate care

Required qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Currently licensed as a RN in the State of Connecticut
• 3+ years of RN experience
• Proficient computer knowledge and aptitude
