Job Summary

To support a growing nursing call center, the part-time Connecticut Licensed Registered Nurse will provide patient care through telephone consultations, addressing wellness, acute illness, and chronic disease needs while working remotely from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, including every other weekend and holiday.

Key responsibilities

• Collects and documents health status information from patients and healthcare team members
• Prioritizes patient needs and implements care plans in collaboration with patients and caregivers
• Employs evidence-based nursing practices to provide compassionate and culturally sensitive care

Required qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Currently licensed as a RN in the State of Connecticut
• 3+ years of RN experience
• Must reside in the state of CT
• Proficient computer knowledge and aptitude
