Connecticut Licensed Resident Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Resident Consultant, CTDOT.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide training, configuration, installation, operation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and support for Bentley Civil Engineering Design applications and CADD software, focusing on OpenRoads Designer (ORD)
• Act as a liaison between software users and Bentley support while developing and validating training workflows with Connecticut DOT
• Create learning resources and assist in the development and delivery of a statewide training plan

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent experience in road and drainage design
• 5 years of knowledge and experience with OpenRoads Designer (ORD) and MicroStation
• Comprehensive understanding of infrastructure projects and transportation workflows
• Experience configuring Bentley software workspaces
• Experience developing training materials and/or recording training videos
