Connecticut Licensed Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant, Statutory and Legal Entity Reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory financial reporting processes, including analytics and disclosures
• Execute work related to statutory audit efforts
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or 4 years of relevant experience
• 3+ years of related experience on an accounting or reporting team
• Experience in a similar position at a health insurance company is preferred
• Experience with US-based insurance companies is a plus
• Certified Public Accountant licensure (CPA) is a bonus
