Job Summary

Experienced in claims management, the fully remote Connecticut Licensed Senior Claims Adjuster will analyze and resolve complex workers compensation claims while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims
• Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to facilitate effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently to support claim outcomes

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 3 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in Connecticut or reciprocal states
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
