Job Summary

Experienced in claims management, the fully remote Connecticut Licensed Senior Claims Adjuster will analyze and resolve complex workers' compensation claims while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with statutory and corporate policies.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve workers' compensation claims, applying analytical skills for informed decision-making
• Interact with various stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and resolution throughout the claims process
• Document and communicate claim activities promptly, supporting the overall outcome of the claims file

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 3 years of experience adjusting workers' compensation claims, including lost time/indemnity and litigation
• Active Adjusters' licenses for CT and MA or reciprocal
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer proficiency with relevant claims and business software
