Job Summary

Connecticut Licensed Senior Counsel, responsible for negotiating vendor contracts and providing strategic legal support to the Procurement team in a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate complex health insurance agreements and commercial contracts
• Provide strategic advice and counsel to the Procurement team and business partners
• Improve and implement vendor contracting processes and assess AI tools for contract management

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA accredited law school
• At least 10 years of relevant experience as a contract attorney in the healthcare industry
• Experience with complex health industry contracts and corporate law
• Familiarity with contract management systems
• Dynamic team player thriving in a fast-paced environment
