Job Summary
Seeking a Connecticut Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time attorney will independently manage court appearances, depositions, and trials while providing leadership to junior attorneys and cultivating client relationships in a flexible work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff strategies
- Independently handle all aspects of litigation, including trials and depositions
- Provide mentorship and direction to less experienced attorneys
Required qualifications
- JD from an ABA-approved law school
- Active bar license in Connecticut
- 8+ years of litigation experience, particularly in deposition and trial preparation
- Experience handling insurance defense matters preferred
- Proficiency in MS Suite, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
