Key responsibilities
- Represents insured individuals and the Company in the defense of bodily injury and property damage lawsuits
- Prepares for and conducts hearings, trials, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions
- Offers counsel to business clients on day-to-day legal matters and manages project coordination among legal teams
Required qualifications
- Active Connecticut law license
- Significant experience in handling bodily injury and property damage cases
- Proven track record of conducting trials and mediations
