Connecticut Licensed Telehealth Neurologist

Job Summary

Providing compassionate virtual care, the full-time Connecticut Licensed Telehealth Neurologist will conduct remote neurology visits focusing on memory disorders and dementia, while managing patient care and clinical documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct virtual neurology visits for new and existing patients, emphasizing memory disorders and dementia care
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage neurological conditions in accordance with telehealth standards
• Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and referring providers to develop and adjust patient care plans

Required qualifications

• Board certified/eligible neurologist with an active, unrestricted medical license in Connecticut
• Experience in diagnosing and managing memory disorders, dementia, or related cognitive conditions
• Prior telehealth experience is required
• Comfortable working independently in a contract (1099) capacity
• Excellent communication skills with patients, caregivers, and care teams
