Job Summary
To provide specialized therapy for autistic and neurodivergent adults, the remote Connecticut Licensed Telehealth Therapist will deliver client-centered care while managing their own schedule, with options for part-time or full-time availability and a focus on building a meaningful caseload.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver therapeutic services via telehealth to clients, utilizing evidence-based modalities
- Manage scheduling and caseload development to meet personal and professional goals
- Participate in peer consultations and specialized training to enhance clinical skills
Required qualifications:
- Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC)
- Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or ACT
- Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults
- Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR, Slack)
- Telehealth experience preferred but not required
