Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the part-time or full-time Connecticut Licensed Telehealth Therapist will provide therapy for autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth, focusing on delivering exceptional client care while enjoying scheduling flexibility and professional growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide therapy sessions for autistic and neurodivergent adults using evidence-based modalities
• Manage client scheduling and caseload development with support from the organization
• Engage in regular peer consultation and specialized training to enhance clinical skills

Required qualifications:

• Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC)
• Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or ACT
• Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults
• Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR, Slack)
• Telehealth experience preferred but not required
