Job Summary
Conducting data collection activities from caregivers, the part-time Connecticut Licensed Telephone Interviewer will maintain client call files, conduct surveys, and ensure confidentiality while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain assigned client call files and conduct surveys according to preferred practices
- Provide customer service to caregivers and stakeholders regarding data collection and survey administration
- Generate reports and staff the toll-free TAM dedicated phone line
Required qualifications
- Associate's Degree required
- 1 year of customer service or administrative work experience required
- Bilingual skills in Spanish and English required
- Completion of annual Conflict of Interest training
