Job Summary

Conducting data collection activities from caregivers, the part-time Connecticut Licensed Telephone Interviewer will maintain client call files, conduct surveys, and ensure confidentiality while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintain assigned client call files and conduct surveys according to preferred practices
  • Provide customer service to caregivers and stakeholders regarding data collection and survey administration
  • Generate reports and staff the toll-free TAM dedicated phone line
Required qualifications
  • Associate's Degree required
  • 1 year of customer service or administrative work experience required
  • Bilingual skills in Spanish and English required
  • Completion of annual Conflict of Interest training
