Job Summary

Applying claims management expertise, the fully remote Connecticut Licensed Workers Compensation Adjuster will analyze claims exposure, interact with various parties to ensure effective communication, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Execute decision-making to analyze and resolve complex workers compensation claims
• Maintain effective communication with claimants and clients, ensuring timely documentation of claim activity
• Adhere to clients' and corporate policies while managing claims in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 3 years of experience adjusting workers compensation claims, including lost time/indemnity and litigation
• Active Adjusters' licenses in CT, MA, NH, RI, and VT or reciprocal
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices
• Proficiency in claims and business software
