Job Summary

To support a remote team, the full-time Connecticut/Massachusetts Licensed Claims Adjuster will manage complex workers' compensation claims, ensuring effective communication and resolution while providing exceptional customer service to claimants.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze claims exposure and determine appropriate actions to resolve claims effectively
• Interact with various parties involved in the claims process to facilitate communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner, adhering to corporate policies and regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 3 years of experience adjusting workers' compensation claims, including lost time and litigation
• Active Connecticut/Massachusetts Adjusters' licenses or reciprocal licenses
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices related to claims
• Proficiency in claims and business software
