Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centric support to customers and their families throughout their care journey
  • Identify and engage with appropriate care service providers and negotiate pricing and availability
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, ensuring first call resolution and documenting all interactions
Required Qualifications

  • Ability to multitask and work on multiple monitors effectively

  • Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office and email
  • Reliable team player with strong organizational and time management skills
