Job Summary
Engaging with customers to enhance their experience, the full-time Connections Specialist will provide tailored solutions using Zillow's products and services while working remotely from any U.S. location.
Key responsibilities
- Interact directly with customers to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Facilitate connections between customers and Zillow products or professionals, ensuring an outstanding customer experience
- Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive environment and drive accountability for achieving goals
Required qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in account management, customer service, or sales with a proven track record of meeting goals
- Comfortable conducting inbound and outbound consultative sales calls with strong objection handling skills
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and build trust with customers
- Experience with web-based products and proficiency in Google Suite
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
