Connections Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Connections Specialist will manage the full lifecycle of carrier connections, including onboarding, troubleshooting, and ensuring seamless data integration between Employee Navigator and insurance carriers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee integration management and maintain carrier connections throughout their lifecycle
• Facilitate the onboarding process for carriers and ensure functionality within the Employee Navigator platform
• Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting issues and collaborating with internal teams and carriers

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in carrier integrations or benefits administration systems
• Strong understanding of benefits administration systems and SaaS platform integrations
• Proficiency with integration tools, APIs, and data formats such as EDI, JSON, and XML
• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and their integration processes
• Experience with Employee Navigator or similar benefits administration platforms preferred
