Job Summary

A company is looking for a Conservation Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct a literature review and synthesis on climate resilience decision-making
Contribute to drafting interview questions to evaluate distributive equity impacts of climate decisions
Inform implementation of high-level plans related to climate adaptation work

Required Qualifications:

BA/BS degree in a science-related field and 1 year of related experience or equivalent
Experience in research tools, computer systems, and writing large amounts of information
Ability to work independently or as part of a team and manage tasks from multiple sources
Enrollment in or completion of a graduate program is desired
Demonstrated interest in climate resilience issues and knowledge of equity topics
