Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consignment Support Specialist (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to RFID or Zimbis cabinet malfunctions
Support the sales force with scheduling and conducting inventory counts within their regions
Manage consignment inventory stock levels, turns, counts, and reconciliation

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
3+ years of experience in a customer support role
High proficiency in SAP
Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
Team Player
