Consolidations and Reporting Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing month-end consolidations and reporting activities, the full-time salaried Consolidations and Reporting Manager will partner with finance and accounting staff to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting while leading a team and driving process improvements in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manages the preparation of financial statements and disclosures under US GAAP and IFRS, including researching technical accounting topics
• Partners cross-functionally with various teams to support monthly and quarterly reporting requirements and manages the month-end close process
• Leads and develops team members by setting goals, monitoring performance, and providing coaching to enhance productivity and collaboration

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• Minimum of 6 years of accounting experience, including public accounting or relevant SEC reporting experience
• Strong understanding of technical accounting concepts under US GAAP and internal controls
• Desire and ability to lead, mentor, and develop staff
• Advanced knowledge of Excel required
