Job Summary

To ensure exceptional customer experiences, the full-time remote Constituent Success Specialist will address inquiries, facilitate resolutions, and support donors while maintaining a positive rapport with supporters.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage Customer Service requests and maintain coverage of inbound Customer/Donor Service phone lines during business hours
  • Process donations, update constituent communication preferences in the CRM, and assist with various inquiries related to campaigns and resources
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance Constituent Success and contribute to team goals
Required qualifications
  • 1+ years of previous experience in a customer service role
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience using Microsoft 365 programs and apps
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills
